Delivery policy

We deliver to addresses in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are shipped from our warehouse by courier.

Fees and times

• Delivery fees, if any, and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are prepared on working days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or a public holiday are prepared on the next working day.
• Delivery times are estimates. If a delay beyond our control occurs, we tell you by email.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation when you order and a shipping confirmation when the parcel leaves our warehouse, with the courier's tracking details where available. Your tax invoice is emailed with the shipping confirmation.

Receiving your order

• Please make sure someone is available at the address and that the phone number on the order is reachable; the courier calls before delivery.
• Check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page.
• If the courier cannot complete delivery after its attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
