Bad customer service Solid product but the clamp for the belt snapped on the first day. Customer service has been not helpful at all either. If it wasn't for those two things I'd give it a 5

Great portable lower back massager This massager is great for my lower back pain, the heat is just right, doesn't make any noise and also, I can take it to the office in my backpack which is great.

this thing hurts in a bad way very painful feels like being electrocuted even after wetting my back and the electrodes. very painful and really almost no massage noticed.
